Cron Trigger->HTTP: HBAR Price->Risk Scoring->Verdict

The workflow runs on a Chainlink Decentralized Oracle Network (DON). Multiple nodes fetch the HBAR/USD price, reach consensus, then score each pending AI agent transaction using AegisPay's risk engine.
